Due to an history that deserves to be re written, it was suggested the creation of a nonprofit legal entity, representative of our community, leading to the registration of our Association, with the support of the vast majority of properties' owners and local entities.
Together, we are dedicated to revamping our past and writing a better history for everyone in our community, by striving to create a welcoming and secure environment for all.
We are a multicultural association that recognizes the importance of our Urbanization' diversity and the need to support all nationalities in our community.
Our focus is on improving the quality of life for those who call this area home, by promoting and supporting projects that benefit our community as a whole.

Acting for the community we represent, maintaining a constant presence, ability to mediation and dialogue, with local authorities and any public entities responsible for urban planning and the environment.
Namely with the Camara Municipal and the Junta de Freguesia.
Contribute to the search for solutions to the day-to-day challenges in the common spaces of Cerro Azul ' urbanization.
Collaborate, on behalf of its members, with the competent authorities in the areas of public security, environmental protection, communication and any other area, in order to guarantee a better quality of life in the urbanization.
