Areas of intervention (art. 4)

The association intervenes in matters concerning the public spaces (infrastructures) of Cerro Azul' Urbanization.

Areas of intervention (art. 4)

The association can act if a problem is identified as common to a group of houses.

Money

Economy (art. 5)

The association, of a social and non-profit nature, does not require fees from its members.

Donation Jar

Economy (art. 5)

It’s considered income by any amount that is offered voluntarily, through donations, sponsorships, subsidies or contributions permitted by law.

Financial Report

Economy (art. 5)

The association is not responsible for the execution or expense of any work relating to the areas mentioned in article 4, being able to only be the arbiter between the residents and the entities responsible.

Business meeting

Economy (art. 5)

In the case of a specific project, in the areas mentioned above (article 4), where there is no investment made by the Town Hall or other local institution, expenses are budgeted and placed to a voting process

Audiovisual Conference

Members (art.6)

There are 3 categories of members: founders, affiliated and honorary.

All owners of lots, built houses or to be built in the Cerro Azul Urbanization can be affiliated members.

Members (art.6)

Residents with long-term leases (permanent residence and registered) can be members and attend meetings, but without voting rights.

Partnership

Members admission (art.7)

Members are admitted once answering a digital form (one per household).

Admission is confirmed to all who meet the requirements set out in articles 6 and 7 or by a voting system, if necessary.

Members rights (art. 8)

Participate in all General Assembly’ meetings and any other meeting convened by the president of the association and by the Administration Council.

Vote at any time where a decision from the members is required, related to the development of public infrastructures identified in article 4.

Receive a copy of the General Assembly meeting’ minutes, after completing the digital form sent in the convening email.
